AURA Theme Studio sells digital products (Shopify themes) delivered by instant download.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU and French consumer law (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to your files and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Files that don't work

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if your files are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot send you a working copy, contact us and we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

Email aurastudio.template@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
