Getting started
Do I need to know how to code?
No. AURA is installed through your Shopify admin and customized entirely with the built-in theme editor, with drag-and-drop sections and no code required.
Is it compatible with Shopify 2.0?
Yes. AURA is built on Shopify's Online Store 2.0 architecture, so it works with the current theme editor and section-based templates.
What do I receive after purchase?
Your purchase includes the AURA Shopify 2.0 theme file, a step-by-step installation guide, and a single-store commercial license, delivered as an instant download once payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to install the template?
Uploading the theme file to your Shopify admin takes a few minutes. How long full customization takes (adding your logo, colors, products and content) depends on how much you change. Follow the installation guide step by step.
Can I change the colors, images and fonts?
Yes. Every color, font, image and section is editable in the Shopify theme editor, so you can adapt AURA to your own brand.
Using AURA
Does the template work on mobile?
Yes. AURA is fully responsive and designed to look considered on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Do I need a Shopify subscription?
Yes. AURA is a theme file installed on your own Shopify store, so an active Shopify subscription is required separately.
Does the license work for more than one store?
Each license covers one Shopify store. It's commercial, non-exclusive and perpetual for that store, but resale, redistribution or use across multiple stores is not permitted. A separate license is required for each additional store.
Is support included?
Yes. You get 30 days of email support for installation and native AURA features, starting from your purchase date. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
What's the policy for digital products?
AURA is delivered by instant download once payment is confirmed. Because access begins immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started. Our Refund Policy explains this and what happens if your files don’t work.
Can I see the templates in action?
Yes. Our Live Demos page lists each template and its demo store when it is available.
